Daily Rhythm at Camp
Our camp days are designed to balance structure, freedom, and connection with nature, allowing children to explore, create, and grow in a supportive outdoor environment. Days are full of adventure, hands-on activities, and outdoor exploration, so itβs common for campers to head home happy, tired, and a little dirty. We recommend packing an extra set of clothes, just in case.
8:30β9:15 AM | Drop-Off & Free Play
Families arrive during our staggered drop-off window to keep traffic flowing smoothly and allow time for parents to share any important information with staff. Our team greets campers directly at the car, making drop-off easy and efficient.
Campers head into the forest with staff and enjoy open free play, choosing from a variety of activities already set up and ready to explore.
9:15 AM | Opening Circle
We begin each day with our camp song and a moment of gratitude, giving campers a chance to connect with each other and set a positive tone for the day.
Morning Activities
Campers move through a mix of guided activities and child-led exploration. Options may include arts and crafts, forest exploration, fort building, games, and hands-on learning with visiting specialists. A mid-morning snack is available for campers who would like one.
Lunch in the Forest
Campers gather together under the shaded trees to enjoy lunch as a group, taking time to rest, refuel, and connect.
Afternoon Activities & Rest Time
Afternoons are typically slower paced and more relaxed, with continued opportunities for creative play, nature exploration, and guided experiences. Quiet rest areas are available for campers who want to nap or simply relax. A mid-afternoon snack is also provided.
4:15β5:00 PM | Pick-Up
Pick-up occurs during our staggered window, allowing families to remain in their vehicles while staff assist campers. This system keeps traffic moving smoothly and allows time for quick parent-staff communication when needed.
